Please submit your music and this signed agreement only. No photos, lyric sheets, press clippings, etc.


Make sure your name, contact info and song titles are all on the CD or jewel case somewhere. A short, one page bio is OK. Be aware that airplay is limited due to show time constraints but that I do absolutely listen to everything as many times as it takes to determine whether your music is right for my show. I love 45s but include a burned copy, too. Thanks.
